Per homeIntentionally small. Deeply staffed.
The numbers below describe a single Lent's House home. Each additional home mirrors this same staffing model.
Each home is staffed with overnight and daytime residential assistants, daily administrative support, two to three educational and social instructors, a daytime nurse, and an on-call nurse through the quiet hours when pain often spikes — how we deliver truly individualized, trauma-informed care.
